Pros

The only pro's left are good employees at rep level

Cons

C-Level, the decisions being made by these staff make the job untenable. Clients have responsed so poorly to recent USM changes that retaining and driving new revenue is becoming less and less achievable. The client's main issues are the way the USM has been deployed and the fact that the 90-day true-up gives them no financial security over budgeting and predicting the software cost.
