- Software sells itself - Good/easy work life balance - Young and fun employees - (People are actually Friends - but this could be a pro of con... Think Cliques) - You really don't need sales experience to sell this product - Pay is good - Stock performs well - and you get more each year
Cons
- Toxic work environment. - Very Political Office Environment - Especially on BDR Team - Leadership champions certain people and acts as if they are God. - Different teams are disrespectful and look down on one another. - Leadership does not take criticism well - People who speak up have been fired - I would NOT enter Smartsheet as a BDR/SDR - ONLY JOIN AS AN AE OF CDM (account manager) - Bro culture - Typical of many sales organizations
