- A lot of great challenges with the types of data Smartsheet collects - Get to work on some interesting solutions using the tool itself

- Had little to no budget to try and meet large goals - Teams sabotage other teams so they can have your projects/resources - little to no innovation

Lots of opportunities to learn. Ability to work with other teams cross-functionally. Great momentum and growth. Amazing people. Large customer base.

Cons

Not very diverse at the executive level and their investments in diversity are not impactful - last year a lot of great female leaders left the organization.

Pros

Huge force, massively organized, plenty of offerings that sound good on paper, but you will absolutely work for every single one of those benefits.

Cons

For myself, after working here I now know that I prefer a smaller company. Here, you're a number, but management does a really good job at making you feel like you're not. If I had more interest in the product, I probably wouldn't have any cons. A lot of people at the company seemed to be super amped about things, but I felt like I was in a cult.
