- Continuously striving to be more forward thinking both in the industry and also people culture. - Passionate about their product. - Empower and encourage strategic, creative thinking.

Cons

- Growing pains; still sometimes feels like a start-up in an enterprise space. - Some negative culture aspects that trickle down from senior leadership; culture of taking on new responsibilities before you're compensated; culture that's not always open to change or new processes - Sometimes difficult to ladder up in the company; the culture encourages people to pursue new career paths and responsibilities but doesn't always compensate for it or recognize a title change when needed.

- Great opportunity to work in saas industry - Very easy to crack interviews and join the company - The opportunity at smartsheet to perform and make an impact is vast. - No one is going to tell you; its not your job - Pickup anything that broken and you can fix it - You will have 2X the learning and growth. Depending on which team you join and the manager/team. - Good people and nice people.

Cons

- Less Pay - 60hrs+ per week - Underserved - I have zero regrets at smartsheet and didnt want to move but there comes a point where market pays you 50% more than Smartsheet.

The product itself is great.

Cons

Poor work culture. People are quick to point fingers and slow to do actual work. If you work in the office, it's sterile and cold. Probably the worst office space I've worked in from a welcoming and warm feel standpoint. The benefits are not competitive. The pay is not competitive. Things move so quickly that everything is a disorganized mess. There are people who have been there a while who are no longer fit for the role and need to move on. They bring everyone else down. No diversity in many different aspects includinig personality. It's a very cookie cutter company.
