Pros

Company, Culture, Vision, Product, People and Benefits. This company has surpassed my expectations. From the beginning stages of the interview process, to the culture. This company invests in its people, values employee feedback and is growing like crazy. It is an awesome place to be.

Cons

None at this moment. My experience has truly been a positive one. This is definitely a company that wants to do things right.

Pros

Rated as one of the "top 100 places to work in Seattle" by Seattle Business Magazine, I had high expectations for employment with Smartsheet, and so far my experience has been amazing. To list some pros: - The management is fantastic - very hands-on and accessible. They mean it when they say there's an open door policy. I've joked around with the CEO (Mark Mader) and CMO (Brent Frei) a bunch of times, and i've only worked there a few months. - The perks -- oh the perks. They treat us like royalty. Everyone gets a brand new Macbook pro or PC laptop, an adjustable sit-stand desk, a laptop dock, and two big monitors to work on. There's a fully stocked kitchen with a bunch of food in it (including fresh, organic, locally sourced fruit), and we get free bagels every friday. Every third wednesday we get Jimmy Johns. - Unlimited sick days - 15 PAID days off a year and 8 weeks of maternity/paternity leave - stock options - Everyone that works at the company is smart and capable. Literally, I have yet to come across someone who hasn't impressed me. No one slacks off, and the company-wide focus on growth and success is visible through the great work everyone puts in. - People are also friendly and kind. Smartsheet has somehow been able to avoid the whole "office politics" thing, and what matters most is the work you put out, not who you suck up to. I've gotten to know a staggering amount of the company's ~300 employees in the short time I've worked there because everyone is so open and friendly. - Awesome physical offices. We work in a nice building, and we've got great views. The office itself has a modern, open design that's really conducive to collaboration. Free parking too! - Great work. The company's rapid growth means that there is very little "busy work". For the most part, everything that employees do is important and has a measurable impact on the trajectory of the company. It's really fun to be a part of such a rapidly-growing business. - mobility. Again, I havn't been there long, but I feel that there are plenty of opportunities for me to explore roles in other areas of the company (if I wanted to). - referral bonuses - $2,500 if they hire someone you've referred. - and much more -- this is just a short list of the things that immediately occurred to me, but I can't say enough good things about this company. I'm sure there are a bunch of great things that I've left out.

Cons

- No 401K match (yet -- they say they're working on it). That's it. Literally, i know there's a "20 word minimum" on these review sections, but Smartsheet is killing it. I just don't have anything negative to say against them.

Pros

Great culture with fantastic people to work with. Everyone is open to ideas and changes. Genuinely nice people who embrace company's values and vision. Leadership understands work life balance and always listen to your concerns. They truly empower you to succeed in your career path and offer great deal of opportunities. Never have I seen a more respectful and talented sales team like those that are here. The company is super innovative and often seeks for a chance to gain competitive advantage.

Cons

There are some bad apples but the company is not afraid to get rid of those, regardless of their roles.
