      Pros

      There are Great People There are Great Product There are Snacks Plenty of paid for Parking in the underground lot Close to the mall and all types of food. Constantly growing and improving.

      Cons

      Working in downtown Bellevue can be a pain. There's always some kind of weird convention going on. Traffic can be a nightmare, but that's nothing new.

      Once solid, now struggling post-acquisition

      It used to be a great place to work

      Cons

      Believe what everyone is saying: it has gone totally downhill since the acquisition. Customers left. Everyone talented has left. Layoffs continuously. Morale is awful. It's been so sad to see, but people are off to bigger and better things. It wasn't the most amazing place even back then; a lot of lip service to celebrating "diversity" and "driving impact" when most people were just there for a paycheck. With that said, some amazing colleagues.
