      Pros

      The product is solid but they need to innovate faster. They are changing the pricing model on existing customers for a revenue bump rather than releasing more features and ai focused integrations.

      Cons

      Too many fear led managers, creates a negative environment. Leaders are unable to speak their mind to skip level managers and challenge status quo or promote alternative solutions.

      The company has a lot of sharp people.

      Cons

      Many people have left due to poor middle management. Several of the directors are deceitful and play politics instead of supporting the growth of their direct reports. C-Suite answers direct questions about company direction and strategy with vague answers.
