      Pros

      - Easy to hide - Becoming a true microservices company - flexible pto that people use - comp is high relative to interview bar, basically getting google money without leetcode

      Cons

      - Every team is an independent fiefdom. - Merit is pure politics -- spin is everything at smartsheet. - fairly un-innovative, people in general don't care about their craft as engineers or the product at large.

      Good flexibility and work culture. Big focus on staff which translates to a lot of highly motivated people who are focused on excellence and quality.
