People are valued as individuals and empowered to drive impact and grow. + Smartsheet is a leader in an increasingly competitive and fast growing market. + Customers "LOVE" the platform. Once adopted, engagement is very high. Strong stickiness with companies of all sizes, especially Fortune 1000. + Competitive compensation and benefits. + Work/life balance is very achievable.

Cons

- Still much room to mature as a business, especially as the company keeps increasing in size. - Product development is still relatively reactive and based on customer demand vs. innovating and creating demand.

Pros

People, benefits, culture, and product. Additionally, they have all the processes and roles so that you can be effective in your role. Unlike previous roles in which I was a player/coach, here I'm only a coach which allows me to be more effective as a leader and allows me to better support my team and the organization, and to focus on current and future needs.

Cons

None that impacts how I feel about my role or my future. Honestly, if I did I would be thankful for the opportunity, and if you can't be effective, successful, and happy here it's more about you than the company.

Pros

Fantastic benefits, great salary and a culture that values work life balance and personal balance, growth and happiness. Leadership is engaged and passionate and I've become a better professional because of my time here.

Cons

We're growing quickly which means lots of new people bringing new ideas. It's a good thing but it inherently means a certain amount of conflict or friction. Some leaders seem to work way beyond work hours- I've never been asked to- but it might exist at different orgs or levels than where I'm at.
