Pros

Discounts on food, amazing company, great locations, very easy to move up.

Cons

little to no pay raises unless promoted, when promoted to shift leader or assistant manager the raised expectations can be overwhelming.

Pros

The crew was awesome! Hard working and we felt like a family. There wasn't a day that went by that I didnt enjoy my job. I had taken the store from an average of 22 guest surveys a month to over a hundred. The most they had ever seen for one employee.

Cons

After there was a new manager brought in, I was let go because he felt "I didnt care for my job enough." After i had spent the vast majority of my time with the company working not only my shifts, but being THE ONLY person on call every day to cover shifts. (And i jumped on it every chance i could) i was kicked aside after the new manager had been there four full shifts with me. And i tried to work with him on everything he asked. But i wasnt a good fit

Pros

401k, health insurance, guaranteed 50 hours a week, food is free for managers. I was lucky enough to have very fun and exciting workers on all shifts.

Cons

low pay for the amount of work to be done, staff always young and disrespectful, bonus a bit unattainable, health insurance extremely expensive with high deductible, managers expected to do the work of marketing? last I checked I wasn't in the marketing career. sucks the life out of you. no repercussions for bad employees. was told "not to cut hours for people calling out" which is condoning unreliable workers.
