Cons

District Managers and General Managers not high caliber. Need to recognize and promote the employees who demonstrate professional work ethic. Should exercise more judgment when hiring and admit their mistakes and let go under performing employees.

Horrible Place to work because the franchise owners do not view employees as people, but as property they paid for.

You get quality free food if you work over 4 hours also there are plenty of hours to work.

Cons

Training doesn't last longer than three days, and the trainers are not qualified. The General manager makes less than 13 dollars and hour.

Incredibly disorganized, but maybe it was just my store. I was never trained, so I had to learn everything myself.
