Ability to advance in my career and push my boundaries, flexible schedule, the people that work there are AWESOME!

Cons

There is always a fire drill going on somewhere, credit isn't given to those who actually deserve it, not enough work/life balance

There is literally nothing nice that I can say about this place of business.

Cons

People who were alleged to have sexually harassed employees were placed back in positions over those employees who had been allegedly harassed without the slightest investigation.

Pros

Good opportunities for people with little job experience, decent starting pay for cooks, and good food for when you want to have your employee meal.

Cons

-Terrible management, have been through 6 General Managers in the last year. -No stability, schedule is usually not posted until Sunday night, schedule is always shifted around, it is hard to get days off. -Turn over is above 200% -Horrible work environment, drug addicts, and lazy employees. -Work behavior is disruptive to the stores progress. -Morning prep is never enough to last the store through the day, causing problems for the night crew.
