      - if you work hard, managers will give you promotions - food is truly is good and you will be proud of the food quality (compared to other fast dining options) - the guest services work is rather easy

      Cons

      - while you may be promoted, your leadership may "forget" to give you an hourly increase - okay pay (doesn't stand out in industry) - no tips

      fairly easy job-straightforward to take orders/clean, smaller restaurant so less space to take care of

      Cons

      boss not super accommodating for hours, kind of slow sometimes, if kitchen is slow then cashier will be blamed
