      Pros

      Great job training aids. The Management above the store are great to work with. The Benefits package is great compared to other restaurants that I have worked for.

      Cons

      It is a very hands on for management which isn't a problem for me but some people may not like it.

      Thanks for your feedback!! Our training department spends a lot of time developing training that is reflective of what your day in a restaurant is truly like. Sounds like they are getting it right!

      Pros

      This is a fast growing company that rewards hard work. There is alot of room to move up here and if you stay dedicated and keep working hard they do reward you.

      Cons

      There is a very high workload and not enough support due lack of managers so it does require the manager to spend some extra time to develop new managers
