Pros

Smash has laid a great foundation to build on but hasn't grown to the point that anyone is just a "gear in the machine". At the support center its terrific to be in an environment where everyone knows their personal efforts directly impact the success of the company.

Cons

At the support center there are a lot of initiatives and goals that should yield terrific results but that creates a dynamic environment where change is the constant. I enjoy it but wouldn't recommend for someone that isn't looking for that sort of environment.

Pros

Food is really good and I met great people staff and guest.

Cons

Some shift managers are really close sneaky do to what I believe is a lack of morals first, but also a lack of proper pay and bonus structure.

Pros

The people that work at smashburger are some of the best around. The company culture was good while I worked there, but I hear it has gotten worse since the layoffs.

Cons

Management seems to have no idea or direction of where they are going. They seemed to change their course of action several different times in the last year of business.
