The labor matrix was ridiculous. I could not keep the store clean, get orders out, clean the dining room etc... with the hours they gave us to run the store. The store that I trained at told me to take shortcuts when prepping so that I could finish on time. The over head is very high so they have to make up for by cutting labor to extreme measures. The environment is grease, grease, and more grease. You will feel like grease after your done with your shift. I could go on and on.
