      You get a pay check on time, but that's about all.

      Cons

      The managers pit employees against each other for the very minimal hours that are available. You might get 12 hrs a week if your lucky and one of the hardest working employees with an open schedule. I you even make a minor mistake they will remove you from the schedule and never explain to you why or what you did wrong. All and all a nightmare job and I've worked in a lot of kitchens.

      Pros

      Fast, fun atmosphere. Lots of growth opportunities. New restaurants opening all over the country. Great food, newer facilities, awesome company support. Great hours of operation. No early mornings or late nights.

      Cons

      Because it is a growing company there are lots of changes in procedures, menus, and duties. The work is hard due to the fast pace.
