Pros

Smashburger is focused on one thing, growth and they are good at it. Some of the smartest guys in the business leading the pack. Scott Crane is a fantastic leader.

Cons

Loads of turnover fueled by disagreements between execs and upper level management. The principle owner has a tendency to draw teams apart by putting people on his own pet projects.

Making the move to join the team at Smashburger was no doubt the best move I made both for my career and my personal development! The company is passionate about personal and professional development and have developed progressive tools and programs that keep me ahead of the game. My boss is a great mentor and is genuinely committed to my success.

Cons

The company (and let's face it, the industry) moves at a FAST pace, so you better be prepared to keep up - but there's a lot of good momentum and support to help you. Time management and prioritizing is key!
