Pros

Smash burger is a fast growing brand and career opportunities are endless. The company has a strong cultural focus and lives by the values that are set forth. The company has knowledgeable and strong leaders at every level that are truly interested in the success of others. I would recommend this brand to any manager at any level looking to grow their career and be part of a fast growing and well respected young company!

Cons

Not too many cons working at Smash burger. The company is fast growing and well positioned for growth in corporate and franchise markets that leads to many opportunities for top performing managers at all levels.

Pros

This Company is still growing at a great pace; there are a lot of opportunities for those willing to commit to the world of fast casual service! It is a relatively concise menu, easy to learn and fun to serve, since people are "wowed" by the great offerings!

Cons

You have to be up to the diverse challenge of actually working all positions, as there is no delineation between back and front of house. You have to enjoy cooking as well as socializing with guests and if you don't, this is not for you.

Pros

Great leadership at the TOP level. Great product, great experience. Great direction, and current status within industry. Great Values, and Culture.

Cons

Very limited growth opportunity above the GM level. Very difficult to manage work/life balance at the GM level. Extremely hands-on Management style is a must.
