Pros

Compay is always looking to grow with right talent staff. Currently managment is growing with right people and have improved lot in last 3 years.

Cons

Finding the right talent and staff isn't easy. We have to ask the question, is the chicken first or the egg? We need to find ways to be more competive against our competion so we can hire talented staff for long terms.

Slow building in the Idaho region, advancement opportunities require relocation.

Thanks for suggestion. Your right we only have a few locations in Idaho, but we continue to grow in other markets. We have relocated other team members so they could grow their careers. Its an exciting time at Smashburger and we want everyone to love it here.

Culture is unmatched, the leadership team has been with the company since the beginning, they eat, drink, and sleep Smashburger and it shows in all they do. The growth opportunities are also considerable, since I started with the company 2 new levels of management above GM have been created and numerous internal promotions to shift leader, assistant manager, general manager, and multi unit operator.

Cons

It's simple, but not easy. We want to provide a casual dining experience with speed that rivals fast food, and are unwavering in our commitment to make everything to order in under 6 minutes no matter what the volume.
