      Bad supervisors and bad people practices!

      Pros

      The ability to meet a wide variety of people and interact with them daily. The benefits are okay at best.

      Cons

      You are treated as a number and not a person. You are constantly made to feel like your job is in jeopardy if you make a single mistake. You are treated like a slave and are expected to work like one.

      Pros

      Training seems to be thorough. Food is tasty. They seem to take previous experience as valuable instead of trying to change what we have learned.

      Cons

      They seem to need to invest more money into repairs and maintenance. A lot of the equipment is not cared for properly which leaves the employees with a lack of "pride of ownership"

      Pros

      The employees here are trailblazers and incredibly hard workers. There is a vibe in the restaurants and support center that truly cannot be matched. Most ideas are met with open arms and all departments are eager and willing to help each other regardless of the project. Managers are talented operators who have plenty of opportunity to move up. Executives are all individuals who have moved their way up in the restaurant business. They are proof that the sky is the limit!
