Before I was an employee I was a customer.I love that they make everything fresh with every visit.when I was a customer I love their attitudes they always seemed like they were in such a good mood and like everything was perfect in life. and of course I kept coming back because the food was just amazing. but working at Smashburger is a great experience because everybody is nice and everybody takes you for who you are n you just have a good time working.

Cons

I honestly can't really think of any cons of working at Smashburger.

Pros

Some of the great things are being apart of a hip fast casual company that is growing. Unlike other companies they listen to your feedback and try to improve. I've seen constant attention to promoting from within and this has given myself and my hard working team many opportunities. Best part is that you can stand by the food. Angus beef without any additives and fresh ingredients. Makes you feel good that you can give guests the best of the best.

Cons

Service standards are highly important to Smashburger though hard to always deliver given the industry. They have a very "give them the pickle" attitude but the service part is hard to accomplish with a minimal crew. Challenging and fast paced, need to be able to multi task.

Slow building in the Idaho region, advancement opportunities require relocation.

Thanks for suggestion. Your right we only have a few locations in Idaho, but we continue to grow in other markets. We have relocated other team members so they could grow their careers. Its an exciting time at Smashburger and we want everyone to love it here.
