A great first summer job, but less than ideal for long term employment

Pros

Both the front and back crews are awesome. It's a fast paced environment with a lot of customer interaction. If you are social and enjoy working the register and talking to customers, apply right away.

Cons

Hours suck, management can be inconsiderate and/or incompetent. Constantly running out of stock on essential supplies such as napkins, lids, and popular ingredients(avocado, etc).

Close to home, overall good pay, fairly easy operation to oversee, busy location so it keeps me moving, good food.

Cons

Smell like grease no matter whether in the kitchen or not! Adult babysitting everyday.

easy to get your shift covered or any other schedule change, time flies, enjoyable first job, laid back atmosphere

Cons

Some inappropriate relations between employees, feels like high school, pay is too low for the amount of work, 50% off meals, employees steal tips and don't put it In the jar
