Pros

Medical after 30 days.

Cons

Long hours and usually during the peak hours like 11 am to 10 pm or close. Hard to have a social life or a quality family life. It puts a HUGE strain on family life as you cannot do much since you are working during the lunch and dinner hours and usually when you get home you have missed your kids and dinner with the family. No weekends off and no vacation for first year of employment.

Pros

The Food is pretty good.

Cons

This place is so disorganized it can’t get out of their own way. Never enough people working, they won’t allow it, they have to hit their labor. Very dirty restaurants, unhealthy, not safe. Area managers are total jerks, never see them and when you do all the do is yell at you. Especially the short guy with the buzz cut and bad teeth. I hated working there.

Pros

Easy concept to grasp Fast pace enviroment Opportunity to meet corporate Free food

Cons

Labor matrix is far from possible to work with. Constantly changing coupon policies which upsets guests and draws in more complaints. Food cost is constantly up and down due to getting shorted on a truck and trying to chase after the vendor for a credit or a system upgrade changing costs for weeks on end. Bonus structure - changes almost every quarter and you are not aware until a week before the end of the quarter. Working 60 to 70 hours a week due to either call outs, having to cover down time due to lack of matrix hours, plowing through sales forecast Employee pay is low so you'll get sloppy and unmotivated people.
