      Modern decor, has detailed values, had set growth in motion

      Pay not equitable, bonus structure not clear hasn't been for min 1 year, favors staff over Mgt, changes focus regularly

      Great way to gain management experience great benefits 401k great healthcare

      Cons

      Failing company! Too many promotions which is hurting food costs, advertising cost, etc. Be prepared to work 10+ hours a day Management makes promises and doesn't follow through! I was laid off after 7 restaurants in the district closed down!!

      Laided back environment, clean, flexibility on schedules, healthy eating with a variety of protein, food is delievered hot and with reasonable time

      Cons

      Communication between coworkers english to spanish, no consistency in discipline, a lot of gossip, management makes false promises about advancement
