Pros

One of the best places I've worked for with a family coworker mentality. I've made life long friends and great work ethic because of this place. I've been here 6 years and love the changes we make frequently to keep people coming in. They don't cut corners and are always trying to find ways to make a better product and that in my opinion makes selling our food so easy and easy to enjoy!!

Cons

When we first opened there where more perks to lower level employees and compations. I miss that. The drive to strive harder isn't there to new employees.

Compay is always looking to grow with right talent staff. Currently managment is growing with right people and have improved lot in last 3 years.

Cons

Finding the right talent and staff isn't easy. We have to ask the question, is the chicken first or the egg? We need to find ways to be more competive against our competion so we can hire talented staff for long terms.

Smash burger is a fast growing brand and career opportunities are endless. The company has a strong cultural focus and lives by the values that are set forth. The company has knowledgeable and strong leaders at every level that are truly interested in the success of others.
