Pros

Great culture, great people, fun projects, good work/life balance. Smashing Ideas is a very collaborative environment. I really enjoy the way that project teams interact.

Cons

Management is risk averse in a lot of ways. Sometimes it feels as though there is not a a strong commitment to future goals for the company.

I work with some incredibly skilled and talented people, in a very collaborative environment, and everyone contributes to make some really great products. Great views of Elliot Bay.
