Would be a great place to work if they could figure things out
Pros
- Projects were interesting and the people are great/smart. - Pre-COVID benefits were outstanding and the office location/building was amazing. - Wellness benefit.
Cons
- Nonexistent leadership. - Those who are appointed "leaders" don't know how to rally a company towards one vision. - There are no goals, there is no business development, nobody has a clue what is going on with the company. - People have been leaving in droves for the past two years because the company is no longer the same. - If we were in person, I imagine the office would look like an old Western town with tumbleweed blowing across the street. - Most importantly, salary is below the market rate, and raises are hard to get. Promotions too for that matter. - Projects are not scoped out properly, meaning late nights and weekends are expected if needed.
