Pros

They promote health, and compensate your abilities to get healthy, but once I loss weight I was criticize and drug tested.

Cons

Not a diverse employer, prejudice and harassment is very aware.

Pros

- Very knowledgeable team with decades of experience to learn form. -very down to earth relaxed environment -401 is one of the best -Good work culture for those that can fit in -people stay there for decades once they join.

Cons

-HR can do better at communicating resources available to employees. -not many chances to move around different departments. -some might find it hard to fitting in
