Pros

The pay is very good for the kind of work. A lot of room for advancement. 401K match, benefits, and leave, with Union representation. Local to Southern Maryland with remote days earned.

Cons

If you aren't able to get paid $30+ an hour to let an occasional customer yell, cuss, and vent to you, then this isn't the position, but there are other options within the company. Management micro-manages more than they need to.

Pros

Pay was great and had the ability to telework a few days a week.

Cons

Management sucks in the call center, they show favoritism and when you apply for another position outside of the call center they don’t promote based on experience and qualifications, they promote based on seniority.
