Pros

There used to be a lot of really great people, and they strived to foster a "smile" culture

Cons

The original "smile" culture was dropped in favour of shedding good, knowledgeable individuals to try to cut costs. They fired the manager who promised us he would advocate for the "smile" culture! Should tell you all you need to know.

Cons

The company brought in an all new American executive team. It has been all downhill since. Every employee spends every day wondering if today is the day they will be fired. This exec team is out of touch with customers, employees, and the market.
