Pros

I was granted a great growth opportunity and lots of responsibility at an entry level engineering title (previous leadership)

Cons

The leadership I was working under when I left had little understanding of the product or of the user desires. They frequently changed project scope with no basis, took months to make decisions while asking the team to pause all activities while deliberating, and were uncommunicative to the team. It is very evident that growth opportunities and promotions are saved for a select few individuals regardless of your performance.
