Pros
stable employment, no layoffs during the pandemic
Cons
compartmentalized functions, lots of lip service to "innovation" but most projects were just regurgitated technology or acquisitions. Every site functions completely differently owing to the M&A strategy. Leadership would set arbitrary timelines for projects without estimating any effort and make no adjustments even when project kickoff was delayed significantly. PMO and R&D had completely different processes that didn't align. Lots of really nice people but not a particularly exciting or rewarding place to work.
