The company promotes the well-being of their staff and for the most part, you can safely rely on keeping your employment if you're effective at your job.
Cons
Nearly zero accountability for poor employees and contractors. You'll see the same people making the same mistakes or ignoring processes without skipping a beat. And while the company does promote the well-being of their staff, they will allow their staff to be berated and insulted by the sales team. Upper management also has a very poor idea of the workload of their staff, making the lack of accountability often lower the bar further than you thought could happen Work-life balance is poor, management expecting upper-level employees on PTO to be available for work-related issues
