Pros
The salary is good, and correct equipment is provided to complete the job. My immediate team made the job great, but I hardly spoke to other people in the company.
Cons
Customer service teams are very disorganized, there's a new manager every year who comes in trying to change everything, but who ends up leaving just as quick as they arrived. The company is trying to combine regionally working customer service teams, but as each region does the job differently it's a huge task and not going well. There doesn't seem to be proper training so new people keep coming in, making many mistakes and then leave with everyone else to clean up those problems.
