Pros
A good benefits package, enhanced 401K, medical, dental, vision, 11 paid holidays, some that are floating, good vacation time accrual, PTO, monthly "town hall" meetings. Some company activities, like summer outing, ice cream truck visits, catered meals, table tennis and basketball tournaments. Most employees are nice people and good to work with. A good mix of strong product lines.
Cons
There are a lot people working there who are related to each other, which can makes things more difficult when problems arise. There is a culture of favoritism. Same people seem to get all the choice assignments. It can be difficult to move up if you are not one of the favored ones. After many years of no layoffs they now have had a series of layoffs. Parts of the US operations have been moved to other countries. A once very stable working environment is less so now. A lot more uncertainty and less security than in years past.
