      Pros

      Salary is competitive for Medical Industry. Easy access to head office (Andover MA).

      Cons

      Management will not honor their word. Show poor direction and leadership conflicting message to employees. The building will suck the life out of you.

      Pros

      Great health benefits, tuition reimbursement plans and flexible work schedule depending on role with the company. In my role, I've had the opportunity to cultivate relationships with other departments and increase my overall knowledge of our business. I feel like I've been able to break down barriers that create departmental silos.

      Cons

      In this field, there are glass ceilings and very little room for professional growth. Even with excellent yearly reviews, I have always had the impression that managers do not want you to grow into professional roles. I have never been asked "what would you like to do or how do you hope to develop professionally". Instead, it is just assumed that what I am currently doing is what I want to do indefinitely. If you weren't hired into the company in a professional role, it is almost impossible to advance into one...even with a bachelors and or masters degree.

      No development opportunity, no new products, no reputable clinical or new competitive data on current products, incentive comp plan is inadequate, unsustainable, and unclear to both reps and those running it, apathetic national account direction, unqualified and unethical senior leadership.
