      Nothing at all is good. Boston people think the people in the south are stupid and treat us like such

      Sociopathic leaders who have no idea what they're doing. They treat the people in the south like they are idiots and tell the peers we are idiots then think we don't know about it

      Never appreciated ARTC for how great it was until S&N bought us

      Pros

      Tight knit, "Family feel", onsite gym, great local communication (memos, transparency, town hall meetings, etc.), smart/hard working/friendly people, top of the line engineering department, clean, beautiful offices in Oakhill. Monthly and quarterly employee celebrations/food truck events, paid volunteer hours, flexibility to WFH occasionally.

      Cons

      Too far from the "pulse." Employees in Austin don't feel like a part of SNN. Also, no one outside of Austin takes responsibility for their actions/mistakes. Many of the new processes we have had to adapt to since becoming SNN have been an absolute cluster/mess and it's pathetic to hear department leaders on the phone never own up to these mistakes. Lots of people are currently unhappy with all the changes and morale is down. Benefits packages & bonuses have taken a big plunge since SNN took over.

      Pros

      If you want a territory with zero communication to management, or help, this is your ticket. Very shady characters working for the company, and if anyone ever did a full on investigation, I'm sure there would be some openings pretty quickly. Company turns a blind eye if you have strong relationships with surgeons

      Lack of access to everything....they want to supply accounts 4 hours away without consignment
