Everyone working here is very nice and friendly; they offer classes to help you grow professionally and personally; great match program for your 401K; genuinely feel a culture and community surrounding the people you work with; if you don't like your job or want a change, you can switch to an entirely new field within SmithBucklin rather than leaving and starting from scratch, because SmithBucklin has so many departments.

Pros

Great company with a lot going. Great support and training programs. Great place for your first job. It's a association management company so you get to work with a diverse group of clients.

Cons

Can be a lot of turn over since they hire a lot of young professionals. Upper management is stable, good leaders. ITS department is a little behind the times, I think this is due to the fact the leaders have been there so long.
