Pros

I currently work here and have truly learned so much being here for 5 years. I know some reviews may say you're overworked but truly everytime I've felt any stress, I told my boss and this was taken seriously to take the stress off my shoulders. The amount of knowledge you learn at a company like this is difficult to quantify although quite plentiful. My colleagues are also my friends and this career has allowed me to pursue what I'm most passionate about: working in hospitality. I recommend anyone to come here because it's truly an amazing work environment.

Cons

I think that any job can be stressful if you don't speak up and tell your bosses. At the end of the day they're not mind readers so it's up to you as an adult to speak up. Our company is doing a lot to address mental health and burnout too so while it may not be perfect there are real improvements on the horizon which I think can make others feel better in their daily routine.
