Great teams, poor structure

- Great collaborative teams and people. - Fun atmosphere - Great opportunity to gain experience

Cons

- Structure is based on tenure not skills, knowledge etc. To get promoted or increase responsibility you have to put in time and move up slowly. - Easy to be burnt out based on if you get a supportive client - Company burns through young talent
