- Matrix-style organization can lead to some staff being rather overloaded at times, which really requires you to keep your manager informed of what you're working on for all your clients

Pros

SmithBucklin has a generous vacation policy, as well as flexible hours. The benefits and ESOP are also good. I was also able to work from home a couple days a week, which was great considering my commute was 45-50 minutes one way.

Cons

The biggest challenge I faced at SmithBucklin was the lack of growth potential. My position didn't leave any room for future growth within the company.
