There is opportunity to work on a variety of projects and either learn new skills or build upon your current skill set.

Cons

Worked 50 to 60 hours per week on a regular basis. No formal notification system for people leaving the company. Often people in my department would try to contact someone on a work team and discover they have left without any notice. High turnover made the work environment seem unstable and getting new team members up to speed would slow down projects.

Made long-term best friends and strong professional contacts. -Opportunity to gain experience in multiple association industries.

Cons

-Unfair/impolite employee treatment onsite and lack of HR action thereof resulted in overall dissatisfaction. -Employee lack of control in career direction and professional growth. -Noncompetitive salary. -Job satisfaction relies largely on client team you are assigned to. -Immobility between company departments.
