Pros

- Location - Learning - Ok opportunity for entry-level people, in particular, to get their feet wet

Cons

- Zero work/life balance - Employee churn and burn impacts productivity - Rewards/promotions to non-contributors - Upper levels of management will do whatever it takes to please the client, often at the expense of employees

Pros

The core professional group was grea to work with. Decent amount of travel which was fun if you were with a good team. Good office location.

Cons

Terrible leaders at the top; core professional group was women and management was mostly men. Lots of interaction with volunteers who stifle your ability to do your job and do not respect deadlines. Low pay, hard to live in Chicago. Insufficient technology to do your job.

Pros

Management from top to bottom is very personal and easy to communicate with. Great office atmosphere overall. Everyone is very friendly.

Cons

Employees complain about low pay and relatively old technology. There hasn't been a raise for awhile in any department across the company.
