Lots of great people work here. Benefits are great. Have ability to work with lots of different clients. Amazing experiences I will never forget.

Cons

Always pressure working in a service industry to deliver great event experiences, it always seems to come together in the end!

Career advancement, opportunities for growth

Cons

Burnout, head management and HR don't really care about employees. Not a diverse workplace although they try to be inclusive. Salary is low for the amount of work you have to do. No work-life balance.
