Pros

Good experience in events management, office administration, balancing multiple clients.

Cons

Low pay, poor benefits, no work/life balance, terrible work atmosphere, massive disconnect between management and lower level staff, truly astounding turnover among entry level staff

Pros

Great experience and exposure. Great 1st job for recent grads. The employees who work for SmithBucklin are very committed.

Cons

Health and welfare benefits only benefit those who are healthy and do not have children. No work/life balance. Not a family oriented environment.

Young, mostly laid-back work culture and atmosphere. Some work travel depending on the client you work for. Generous vacation time. Good benefits.

Cons

Pay is extremely low, especially for the location. Turnover is high and expected. Employees at the lower level are sometimes treated as replaceable assets.
