Great friends were made there. They hire very talented people!

Cons

I was breaking out in rashes because my workload was so heavy. There is NO work life balance. The tenure is ridiculously short for a work environment, I would't even know a person on the team was gone until I tried to contact them. They would 'disappear'. Employees are under utilized and unchallenged. The work is exhausting, not stimulating. The on-boarding (which is only about the company and policy and 'culture') is only three days then you are expected to know everything on your clients. Your team, which no one who has been there long enough to really know, will be able to tell you barely anything about the client.

there is a culture of indifference to workload and work objectives. everyone is so busy trying to stay afloat that there is no time to swim. then your asked why aren't things done.

I have met and worked with wonderful, nice, smart people I have learned a lot about working with people, association management, accounting and financial management I don't have to work more than 40 hours a week 95% of the time

Cons

Salary is low compared to the market The company is all about "corporate culture" and these sort of empty words and phrases that lose meaning but are continuously repeated by upper management
