Decent place to work fresh out of college, but don’t stay to long!

Cons

Often times you are over worked while being underpaid. The turnover rate is high, so your work will be doubled over night if someone resigns. Depending on your supervisor you may or may not get adequate feedback on your performance which is unfortunate because you’re not able to gauge where you are in terms of promotions. Managers need to also be trained in how to properly manage.

Pros

Ability to work on different clients. Lots of good events services people. Some very nice people.

Cons

They have a few really terrible managers that lack creativity and are not open to new ideas. Clients are usually on lean budgets so you cannot make major changes. It’s a really tough business. Not sure management wants the kind of tough feedback that could improve the company.
