Pros

Below are just a few of the reasons why I have loved working at Smithbucklin. The people are absolutely wonderful, they really go out of your way to answer your questions, give you advice, and guide you along your career at Smithbucklin. Not to mention, they have multiple conversations with you on Professional Development, how you are doing in your current role, what you are liking vs. not liking. where you hope to see yourself in the company at the end of the year, etc. I think this is HUGE because it shows you that managers and directors here genuinely care about your growth and well-being in the company. Along with the people- the work schedule is very nice. You can work from home two days and go into the office three days. This allows for you to be able to have the hybrid schedule which I think in a corporate company is significant. There are events outside of just work here at Smithbucklin which I think sets the company apart, work happy hours, dinners with coworkers, coffee break or lunch break during work with colleagues. This makes the formal setting feel almost informal when you get to know the people you work with outside of the office! The onboarding process/new hire training was very smooth. The information is given to you in an organized manner and it doesn't feel as though there is work just being thrown at you. You almost inch your way into your role which is awesome. All the answers you need and questions you may have are always answered in a timely manner and the first couple of weeks of onboarding give you sufficient information to be settled into your new role at Smithbucklin.

Cons

No cons for the company.

Pros

The diversity of clients you get to work with allow you, as an employee, to figure out your strong suits and to work on a variety of projects in different industries. The supervisors and fellow colleagues are also there to help you whenever you need it. The inviting atmosphere makes coming into work / working from home a lot more enjoyable.

Cons

Very few cons I can think of - the main one would be, as with any client based work, sometimes there are points of few projects / slow periods that last a various amount of time. But when you get busy you are busy!
