      Pros

      Management, HR, and trainers are amazing and follow up almost immediately. Capstone project to add to your portfolio. Freedom to use more technology than they train you on.

      Cons

      Working from home makes it difficult (not impossible) to get the whole experience of being apart of this company.

      Pros

      - The classes are very informative and help you to build an industry-desired tech stack. - You get to work with mentors who have worked or are currently working in the industry, so you get a good feel of some expectations/situations you may actually encounter. - You get help building up a portfolio with projects and certifications. - They help out with creating a resume based, and updating it with industry desired skills. - There's a ton of help with interview practice so you're more comfortable during a real situation. - The workspace culture is pretty friendly and relaxed, it's a good place to network and learn from others.

      Cons

      - The entry process can be very rigorous at times, you definitely come in with some kind of programming background be it academic or actual experience. - Depending on skill level the lessons may require some extra work, and it's easy to be left behind if you don't put in the effort.

      Merit based recruitment, thorough and hands-on training, great work culture and community, well adapted for remote work (with covid concern), management is very receptive and works with you.

      Cons

      Work can be difficult and demanding, entry period can be difficult, there is a lot to learn in their training program
